Mandy Fields, chief financial officer of e.l.f. Beauty, has received the Profiles in Diversity Journal’s 2020 Women Worth Watching Award, honoring outstanding female executives who are leading excellence in the workplace today and empowering the next generation of women leaders.
Profiles in Diversity Journal’s 19th annual Women Worth Watching Award was created to showcase the “abilities, commitment and achievements of extraordinary female leaders.”
Since joining e.l.f. Beauty in 2019, Fields has helped to manage the business and guide the company to strong financial performance. As a result, e.l.f. Beauty has seen positive net sales growth in every quarter of fiscal year 2020 and continues to outperform its competitors, according to the company.
“I’m truly honored to have received this award, alongside a list of incredible women who are leading their respective industries and paving the way for younger generations,” said Fields. “I’m very proud to work for a company like e.l.f. that not only celebrates diversity, but also encourages and inspires female leadership.”
Prior to e.l.f. Beauty, Fields was CFO at BevMo! a specialty beverage retailer on the West Coast. Earlier in her career, she was vice president of finance & analytics for Albertsons Companies, a food and drug retailer in the United States. Mandy has also held finance positions at The Gap, Inc., after working on Wall Street at J.P. Morgan.
