Faber-Castell Cosmetics has appointed Christian Eisen as vice president global sales & innovation and Anja Bergwitz as vice president global marketing & new business.
Christian Eisen—VP Global Sales & Innovation
In this newly created role Eisen will lead the Innovation and Product Development areas as well as Global Sales and report to Dagmar Chlosta, MD Faber-Castell Cosmetics. By combining these teams under one leadership, Faber-Castell Cosmetics will be able to create and quickly launch relevant innovation concepts in line with market demands and establish individualized product solutions for its global customer base. This will further increase FCC’s focus on agility, sustainable innovation and digitalization. In collaboration with the development and production network in Germany, Brazil and the U.S., Eisen and the team will create best in class quality products that meet the ever-increasing market and consumer requirements.
Christian is a 13-year veteran of the cosmetics industry and previously held various leadership roles in sales, R&D and general management at Schwan Cosmetics International and Eisen GmbH. Prior to running the family business, he worked at Fraunhofer Institute and taught as adjunct professor for consulting and innovation management at FAU (Friedrich-Alexander-University) in Nuernberg, Germany. He holds a degree in Business Engineering.
Anja Bergwitz—VP Global Marketing & New Business
In this newly created role Bergwitz will lead the areas of product marketing, communications, sample management and new business. She will report to Dagmar Chlosta, MD Faber-Castell Cosmetics.

Faber-Castell Cosmetics will be able to conceptualize, create and quickly launch relevant innovation concepts in line with market demands and sustainability parameters, establish individualized product solutions for its global customer base and support its customers in their brand building efforts to reach new consumer segments,” explained the company.
Bergwitz brings with her a background in communications, PR and marketing, having had worked in leadership positions in B2B as well as B2C companies in the cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, FMCG and fashion sectors. She holds an MA in German Philology and Educational Science.
