Ramadan, the holy month of fasting, introspection and prayer for Muslims, also known as the month during which Muhammad received the initial revelations of the Quran, is approaching quickly. Taking place from April 12 to May 12, the fasting involved with the season can take a toll on skin.
To combat the negative impact of fasting on skin, Mona and Huda Kattan, co-founders of Huda Beauty, have unveiled the 1001 Nights Ramadan Kit, a collection of 10 products designed to keep skin rejuvenated and revitalized during the Holy Month.
Watch the video below as Huda Kattan's daughter, Nour Giselle, shows what's inside.
The calendar is designed to be opened every evening after breaking fast for the last 10 days of Ramadan, similar to an advent calendar.
The set includes a mini Yo Glow Enzyme Scrub, a pot of Honey Balm Jelly Moisturiser and a Trap Cocoon Mask from Wishful; Huda Beauty essentials, such as Liquid Matte lipstick in Bombshell, Silk Balm mini gloss, Legit lashes Mascara and the Haze Obsessions eyeshadow palette in Sand; and fragrances from Kayali, such as Vanilla and Musk Rollerball Eau de Parfums alongside a gold travel case for any future getaways.
The beauty set is available from hudabeauty.com or harrods.com.
