Orveon is the new owner of three of Shiseido Americas' cosmetic brands—bareMinerals, Buxom and Laura Mercier. Orveon plans to accelerate the growth of these brands by focusing on their quality, innovation and authenticity.

Lastly, L’Oréal signed an agreement to acquire California-based skin care brand Youth to the People. Youth to the People (YTTP) develops and markets high-performance skin care products. Its formulas combine premium vegan blends of superfood extracts and science.
