Last week, WWP Beauty, a full-service supplier to the global beauty industry, appointed Jennifer Adams as its new chief executive officer. Adams joined WWP Beauty in 2020 as the company’s chief financial officer, and “has demonstrated outstanding leadership, and strategic achievements, and accelerated WWP Beauty’s growth trajectory to strengthen the company’s global financial structures,” according to the company.
 
In makeup news, Maybelline New York, a L’Oréal brand, joined forced with The Pokémon Company to launch the Maybelline Pokémon Pikachu collection, a limited-edition collection of Maybelline makeup products with unique Pokémon packaging.
 
In other news, Kim Kardashian is shutting down her fragrance brand KKW Fragrance at midnight on May 1, so that she can relaunch the brand in the future under a new brand name—and under a new web store.
