Tom Ford Taps Gong Yoo as Brand Ambassador, APAC Region

The ‘Squid Game’ and ‘Train to Busan’ actor will be featured in upcoming campaigns.

Tom Ford Beauty, an Estée Lauder company, has named South Korean actor Gong Yoo as its newest brand ambassador for its Asia-Pacific Region.

Yoo is the second brand ambassador for the APAC market, following on from South Korean actor Hyun Bin’s appointment last year.

Yoo, most known for his role in Netflix’s Squid Game, will be featured in upcoming campaigns spanning from fragrance to makeup. In August, he will debut in the campaign for White Suede, a musk-inspired fragrance that captures notes of leather and suede.

"Tom Ford Beauty is redefining modern luxury for the 21st century and I am honored to be the new Asia-Pacific attaché," said Yoo in a press release issued by the brand.
