Cosmetify has unveiled the biggest beauty influencers on TikTok for 2023 based on hashtags, views, and follower counts. See the findings below.
Top 10 Beauty Influencers on TikTok
1. Kylie Jenner
The biggest beauty influencer on TikTok in 2023 is media personality and businesswoman Kylie Jenner. Jenner has accumulated over 54.4 million followers and 1.2 billion video likes on TikTok, with an estimated earning of over $87,000 per video.Here's a little history—in August 2015, Kylie announced that she would be launching her first beauty product, a lipstick line called the Kylie Lip Kit. Renamed Kylie Cosmetics in February 2016, the number of lip kits produced rose to over 500,000.
Since then, Jenner has released collaborations with her sisters and mom—and served as the makeup artistic director for Balmain’s Spring 2020 runway show at Paris Fashion Week.
In May 2019, Jenner expanded her company to include Kylie Skin, a range of skincare products including the likes of face washes, scrubs and moisturizers. In 2021, she relaunched Kylie Cosmetics with new and improved formulas that are clean and vegan.

2. James Charles
The second biggest TikTok beauty influencer is James Charles, who currently has over 38 million followers and 1.2 billion video likes on the platform. For each video he posts on TikTok, James is estimated to earn over $60,700.James began his journey to beauty stardom after creating a YouTube channel in December 2015 while working as a local makeup artist in his hometown. In October of the following year, he was appointed as the first male ambassador for CoverGirl at just 17 years old.
Since then, he has released an eyeshadow palette and created a makeup line in collaboration with Morphe Cosmetics, as well as receiving numerous awards for his social media work, including two People’s Choice Awards and three Streamy Awards. For his YouTube channel, he has completed makeup looks on the likes of Kylie Jenner, Madison Beer, Doja Cat and Lil Nas X.
Earlier this year, Charles released Painted—a vegan, cruelty-free beauty brand with a focus on affordability.
3. Abby Roberts
The third biggest beauty influencer on TikTok this year is Abby Roberts, who has garnered over 16.6 million followers and 1.5 billion video likes on the app. Abby is estimated to earn almost $26,600 for each video that she posts to TikTok.Roberts first began sharing her unique makeup looks on Instagram back in February 2013. She then gained popularity after appearing in one of James Charles’ sister takeovers on Instagram in August 2018, which has now led to her receiving over 2 million followers on the app.
Since then, Roberts has released collaborations with Morphe Cosmetics and Tatti Lashes, appeared as a guest judge for the TikTok challenge on the third series of the hit BBC makeup show, "Glow Up." She has also done makeup for celebrities, including Yungblud and Liam Payne.
Roberts has also expanded into the music industry, releasing original songs and supporting the likes of Halsey on her tour.
