Mane, a sustainable hair care brand founded by celebrity hairstylist Jen Atkin, has entered an exclusive partnership with Sephora. Mane products are now available in-store and online throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Coinciding with Mane’s one-year anniversary, this partnership marks a notable investment as Sephora expands its haircare offerings. Mane is the only hot tools brand currently available in all free-standing U.S. Sephora locations.
Atkin previously founded Ouai haircare, which has been acquired by P&G.
"Sephora is thrilled to introduce Mane and continue bringing our clients innovative brands that support their unique hair care needs," said Sephora’s VP of Haircare Merchandising, Jennifer Lucchese. "Led by dynamic founder and renowned hair stylist, Jen Atkin, Mane is committed to offering accessible, high-performing hair tools and accessories that inspire clients to feel confident in their styling routines and embrace self-expression, which aligns closely with Sephora's own values.”
Mane is also offering its first-of-its-kind hot tool recycling program within Sephora. Customers will be able to scan in-store display QR codes to donate used hot tools to be refurbished or properly processed to avoid ending up in landfills.
The program was initially launched in April of 2023 and accepts hot tools regardless of the tools’ brand or condition. With Sephora’s support, the brand-agnostic program will help Mane grow as a leader in sustainable hair tools.
Mane’s ‘fan-favorite’ accessories and hot tools are offered at Sephora, including Ready or Knot Detangling Brush, This Totally Blows! Iconic Compact Hair Dryer, The Three Way Multi-Use Flat Iron and others.
Also offered is Mane’s Power Bottom interchangeable power base with three attachments: the 1” Curling Iron Styling Attachment, the 1.25” Curling Want Styling Attachment and the 1.25” Waver Styling Attachment.
"I'm so proud that Mane will be available at Sephora to bring our products to anyone and everyone looking for effective and accessible hair tools," says Atkin. "Sephora's commitment to offering thoughtful brands to consumers is why we are so thrilled by this partnership, as both Mane and Sephora continue to follow an intentional approach with our product offerings and retail strategy."
