NARS marked its 30th anniversary by appointing Ciara, Camila Morrone, and Pom Klementieff as brand ambassadors for a new Explicit Lipstick campaign.
Explicit Lipstick is the brand’s first lipstick product which launched in 1994. NARS has reimagined the product in a new collection with a new precision-tip bullet.
Ciara is a singer-songwriter with seven studio albums and over 23 million records sold worldwide.
Morrone and Klementieff are both actresses known for their roles in ‘Daisy Jones and The Six’ and ‘Guardians of the Galaxy,’ respectively.
The new 36-shade collection expands on the original 12-piece collection to include bold reds, deep purples, and satin and matte finishes.
In the campaign, each celebrity will feature a different shade and “embody the character” of that shade.
Ciara will feature a bright red Unauthorized 863 for the “risk takers and rule breakers.” Morrone will capture the “rule-breaking” brown shade Liasion 821, and Klementieff evokes “a love affair gone astray” with deep red Rendez-vous 805.
