L’Oréal Paris has named global star Cara Delevingne as a new Global Ambassador. Delevingne will appear in a new campaign and will serve as a Women of Worth spokesperson.
British-born star, Delevingne began her career as a model and transitioned into acting in 2012. She is known for her appearances in Paper Towns, Suicide Squad, and Only Murders in the Building. This year Delevingne makes her stage debut in the West End’s revival of “Cabaret.”
Delphine Viguier-Hovasse, L’Oréal Paris Global President, said,
“L’Oréal Paris is honored to announce that Cara Delevingne joins our family of fantastic ‘women of worth’ spokespersons… From our first Preference coloration shooting with Cara, I was amazed by how much energy, ideas, and positive vibes she is bringing… Cara embodies our mission to empower women everywhere no matter what hurdles stand in their way. In owning her strengths and desires but also her vulnerabilities and challenges, she inspires us all to achieve our ambitions and believe that anything is possible.”
Today, Delevingne aims to defy convention with innovative beauty looks and her activist efforts. Delevingne leverages her over 66 million social media audience to advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, mental health, and climate change.
In 2023, she launched the educational platform Earthed, and co-founded the EcoResolution platform.
