The flacon is made using smoky midnight blue glass, and the bottle stands on a gold-tone heel. The actuator is on the “sole.”
The Fragrance Foundation Awards 2018 - Packaging of the Year, Women’s Finalist: Jason Wu Eau de Parfum is the fashion designer’s first fragrance — in a rectangular-shaped bottle that is strikingly beautiful in its simplicity, the brand says. The gold-disc-shaped cap resembles a sculptural work of art, inspired by architecture. The carton has a soft-touch finish.
The Fragrance Foundation Awards 2018 - Packaging of the Year, Women’s Finalist: Tiffany Eau de Parfum is the jeweler’s first new fragrance since 2003 - and the bottle looks as luxurious as its diamonds. The bottle “gleams with a hint of blue juice,’ the brand states, and its elaborate faceting is modeled after the brand’s most iconic diamond cuts. The box is ‘Tiffany blue’, of course.
The Fragrance Foundation Awards 2018 - Packaging of the Year, Women’s Finalist: Victoria’s Secret Love is in a tall rectangular-shaped bottle with ribbing on its sides, and an engraved gold collar. A traditional carton is swapped out for a modern paperboard tube.

The Fragrance Foundation Awards 2018 - Packaging of the Year, Women’s Finalist: Woman in Gold, By Kilian is in an elegant black glass bottle that is adorned with Kilian’s signature gold finishes—an engraved plaque and galvanized cap. The sculptural enameled wooden box, embellished in gold leaf, is a collector’s edition coffret. The inside of the box’s lid is mirrored zamac, to reflect a “luminosity and mysterious glamour.”
The Fragrance Foundation Awards 2018 - Packaging of the Year, Men’s Finalist: Coach for Men is in a flask-shaped bottle has a rugged look, and a hang tag that looks like a leather dog tag. The bottle is decorated with shades of gray, and the image of a horse and buggy. This is the second Coach fragrance, and the first men’s, developed by Interparfums.

It comes inside a luxe collector’s edition coffret — embellished with gold leaf. It is a “sculptural enameled wooden box,” the brand says, and the inside of its lid is mirrored zamac — "to reflect the luminosity, mysterious glamour, and jewel-like quality of each bottle.”
The Fragrance Foundation Awards 2018 - Packaging of the Year, Men’s Finalist: Gucci Guilty Absolute Pour Homme has a flacon that is “finished with details inspired by the codes of a refined lounge,” the brand says - with “the sensorial textures and colors of cigars and cognac.”
The Fragrance Foundation Awards 2018 - Packaging of the Year, Men’s Finalist: John Varvatos Artisan Pure is inspired by “the verdant and lush hills of Xalapa, Mexico and its vast coffee and citrus groves,” the brand says — and the bottle looks like it might be wrapped in a hammock, or modeled after a wicker chair. The bottle has squared edges, and is paired with a wooden cap. The carton resembles handmade paper. The first 100 bottles sold featured cartons signed by the designer himself, John Varvatos.
Inspired by the iconic Yves Saint Laurent white t-shirt and black jacket, Y Eau de Toilette represents “a balance between freshness and strength,” the brand says. The bottle is “an expression of modern, creative masculinity.” A metal ‘Y’ slices through the bottle’s center, as a nod to the heritage of the Yves Saint Laurent brand. “Everything starts with a Why,” the brand states.
