3C has revealed The Twister—a new mascara brush that can be twisted up for a longer brush, twisted down for a shorter brush. Users need only one brush to apply and define their lashes. A single twist of the cap adjusts the brush to best apply mascara. The Twister is available with eight different designed silicone brushes.
