Arcade Beauty Develops Mono-Dose Packaging for l’Occitane

Arcade Beauty has encapsulated the 28 mono-doses in l’Occitane’s premium Divine Renewal Program, a four-week regenerating regimen comprised of four different products for each week of treatment.

The supplier was faced with several requirements: protecting a liquid formula with a particularly fragile texture, easily delivering a precise dose of product, and providing consumer comfort. The solution was thermoformed mono-dose capsules divided into four distinct sheets, each containing seven units of product for the four successive weeks of the program.

The top of the capsule snaps off easily, and a light squeeze delivers the exact dose of product needed. To guarantee the protection and integrity of the formula, Arcade Beauty used a multi-layer material.
