PAI Partners, a pan-European private equity firm, has completed the acquisition of Albéa.

Albéa recently acquired Torelló, Spain-based Covit S.L, a leader in the drawing, anodizing, assembly and decoration of metal parts for packaging products. Covit holds extensive know-how in stamping, anodizing and color-matching as well as years of experience in dispensing systems.
