Katharine Chang has joined Asquan Group as new business development manager in Los Angeles. Her responsibility is to develop the bags, brushes, and tools business in North America and to assist in building the cosmetic packaging and turnkey division on the West Coast. Before joining Asquan, Chang worked for several years in the soft goods manufacturing space, from women’s sport headwear to the cosmetic brush and bag division in one of the top firms in the industry. She has a strong working knowledge of all brush and accessory manufacturing processes as well as the various stages of project management and development. Chang has developed several high-profile launches for brands all over the world, including the U.S., Brazil and the Middle East.
