Arcade Beauty, suppliers of custom sampling solutions for the beauty industry, has acquired the operating assets and capabilities of the Suite K fragrance business, based in Edison, NJ. This includes existing blending and production expertise at the 78,000-sq. ft. Dayton, NJ facility for vials, mini-products, roller balls, and full-size retail fragrance products.
“We are very excited about the opportunity to expand this state-of-the-art facility,” said Peter Lennox, CEO of Arcade Beauty. “It significantly increases our filling capacity and blending capabilities in the fragrance arena, underscoring our commitment to providing best-in-class sampling technologies for our customers.”
The Dayton plant employees will transition to Arcade Beauty.
