Nathalie Gerschtein has been named president, Consumer Products Division, L’Oréal USA. She joined L’Oréal USA in June 2018 as president, Maybelline New York, Garnier and essie. She has been with the L’Oréal Group for 17 years. Gerschtein started her career in France within the L’Oréal Paris brand, and has held several key positions within L’Oréal’s Consumer Products Division. In 2013, she became head of the Consumer Products Division in Thailand and then country manager, a position she held until moving to the U.S.
To succeed Gerschtein, L’Oréal USA has named Alanna McDonald as president, Maybelline New York, Garnier and essie. McDonald is currently president, L’Oréal Canada Consumer Products Division. In her new role, she will oversee all aspects of business leadership on the portfolio of brands and is responsible for accelerating their growth in the U.S. market.
