RLM’s innovative dispensing system allows for a primary formula to blend with a secondary formula (oil, serum or fragrance) as it passes through an infused tip. For example, as lip-plumping glosses can be drying, this patented system allows for the plumping formula (primary) to marry with a moisturizing formula (secondary) as it passes through the tip. Consumers can also opt to apply only the secondary formula (no color) by running the side of the moisturizer-infused tip across their lips.
