Sophie Hanrot has been promoted to chief human resources officer at Coty. She will serve as a member of the Coty Executive Committee and report to Coty’s CEO Pierre Laubies. Hanrot succeeds Sébastien Froidefond who left the company.
Hanrot has 20 years of human resources strategic leadership, including talent management, organizational transformation and culture development, with extensive experience in the beauty industry. Since 2016, she has been SVP, HR of Coty’s Luxury Division. Prior to that she was global head of talent management at Louis Vuitton, with previous experience at L’Oréal, as well as running her own HR consultancy business.
