Joiful, the new on-demand beauty and wellness app that recently launched in Los Angeles, is growing. Joiful will expand its services to Santa Barbara, Ventura, and Orange Counties this summer. The company has also begun to hire hair stylists, makeup artists, massage therapists, nail technicians and estheticians.
