Laura Elliott has been named vice president of package development and engineering at Compax. She reports directly to the company’s CEO, Dennis Devine. Elliott is responsible for ensuring that all overseas partners and vendors are within quality guidelines and specifications as outlined by Compax. She will create and maintain all policies and procedures related to new product development, mold qualifications and mold and product specifications with overseas partners and vendors, as well as manage all activities to facilitate introduction of new products or processes for Compax’s Asian partners. Elliot will focus on bringing innovation and serving as a resource to Compax customers in development of their new products.
Most recently, Elliott served as executive consultant, package development and innovation, at GP Development Group, Los Angeles, CA. Prior to this, she held the position of director, worldwide package design, development & engineering at Jafra Cosmetics International.
