Celebrate Beauty Brands LLC has acquired Coastal Salt & Soul, a holistic bath and body company. Celebrate Beauty Brands is a newly formed subsidiary of Beauty Partners, LLC, and is relocating its offices to Hauppauge, New York.
Coastal Salt & Soul includes a range of body butters, sugar scrubs, soufflé hand creams, bubble bath, body wash, and limited-edition hand-poured and botanically scented candles. It was founded in 2015 by entrepreneur Alisa Marie Beyer.
Under the guidance of industry veterans Bruce Kowalsky and Barry Shields, the acquisition will help accelerate growth of the brand in the specialty bath & body category through an expansion of North American and Global distribution. Brand creator Alisa Marie Beyer will remain as Chief Innovation Officer. Beyer will also stay on as a minority owner, as well as early investors Fredrick Fogelman and Teresa Shultz Fogelman.
