Counter Brands, which is Beautycounter’s parent company, has announced it has received a strategic investment from Mousse Partners Limited.
The investment will provide invaluable support for Beautycounter's next phase of growth. It will accelerate strategic initiatives, including the development of a more robust omni-channel business, and provide capital for investments in technology as well as digital and brand marketing.
TPG Growth also participated in this round of financing, having previously invested in the Company in 2014. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Beautycounter is based in Santa Monica, CA, and was launched in 2013 by Gregg Renfrew, founder and CEO (shown above). The company is known for developing its rigorous Ingredient Selection Process.
