Cosmetics LK has expanded its Probelle foot care line with a new personal care product - the Shoe Deodorant Patch.

Leon Kohn, founder, Cosmetics LK, says, "This Shoe Deodorant Patch is the first of its' kind to be sold in the U.S. No one else has it."

The Shoe Deodorant Patch has an adhesive side that adheres to the upper inside part (the vamp) of any shoe. It contains an anti-microbial solution that is emitted into the shoe through the porous pouch.

The non-toxic, natural solution contains four essential oils that prevent the growth of bacteria, fungi, and viruses in shoes — patchouli oil, fenugreek extract, thyme oil, and eucalyptus oil. Together they emit a natural forest scent.

It lasts up to 90 days -- and is designed to replace the daily use of a spray or powder. 

Janelle Libera, Cosmetics LK's director of product development says, "The patch fits in any size shoe -- you won't feel it, and it won't slip out. During the testing phase I would forget it was in my shoe. You're only reminded by the fresh scent that is emitted into the air from the patch once you slip off your shoe." 

Plans are in the works to add hair and skincare to Probelle's product lineup by the end of this year. Kohn says, "Our mission is to 'Healthify Your Beauty' and our goal is to get into drugstores and mass retailers, so more people can get their hands on Probelle." 

Probelle also makes nail care products, including an antifungal line. Cosmetics LK's other brands are Bonitaluxe and Prolana.
