Bésame Cosmetics, a glamorous vintage-inspired brand based in Los Angeles by Gabriela Hernandez, recently announced its new Iconic Women series of collections. Each year, the brand will choose one to two memorable women to honor--and Lucille Ball is it's first.
The Lucy Collection launches today, and the compacts and lipsticks are adorned with an illustration of Lucille Ball with the words, "Love Lucy." Embedded crystals give the design extra sparkle.
The brand posted on Instagram, "Our first Iconic Woman is...Lucille Ball! An icon of film, tv, and glamour, Lucille Ball changed entertainment forever. Our Lucy Collection honors her strength and beauty."
What else in in the collection? "A compact, a palette, and a few more surprises," the brand says. Allure has more details - and says the brand based the collection on Ball's signature look -- and the seven products are exact matches to the makeup Ball wore.
