'Clean beauty' brand Juice Beauty has launched in India with e-commerce retailer Boddess.
Juice Beauty, which celebrated its “sweet sixteen” earlier this year, was born out of a passion for environmentalism. Founded by Karen Behnke, the goal of the brand was to create luxurious organic formulations that perform better than conventional beauty products.
Juice Beauty products are vegan, cruelty free, sustainable and certified organic. Furthermore, the brand has invested in a farm to grow its own ingredients as a part of its farm-to-beauty initiative.
Gurugram-based House of Beauty—the company that launched Boddess in India in 2020—said it will expand Juice Beauty through 20-30 sales points in the coming days. The company will also tie up with other online omni-channel retailers to sell their products.
The organic beauty market is currently a small segment in India at the moment (5%-10%), but according to Statista, the market is expected to grow annually by 7.83% (CAGR 2021-2025).
