Recognizing the challenges of breaking into the highly competitive beauty industry, Son of James's founder, Jameson Gardner, a celebrated makeup artist, hair stylist, and salon owner, claims he wants to pay it forward.

I’ve seen all the tricks and changes, but one thing always remains the same: beauty pros are always cultural trailblazers and big dreamers!” said Gardner. “I want to help make their dreams come true, and I believe that this fun summer competition will do just that! Each weekly challenge winner will have their posts digitally boosted- bringing more followers, more exposure, and more money!”
Reflecting the ethos of Son of James, the competition celebrates diversity and the unique beauty in everyone. Residents of the United States aged 18 and above, with less than 50,000 followers, are invited to partake in this life-changing opportunity.
Upon signing up, participants will purchase a kit that includes the company's new Haute Sauce Filler Gloss, their custom affiliate code, and entry into the exclusive influencer lounge. This digital meeting space facilitates weekly challenges, tips sharing, and networking among participants.
Participants earn a commission for each tube of Haute Sauce Filler Gloss sold under their affiliate code. The earned commission is paid out at the end of September. The winner is chosen based on their participation in challenges and products sold with their affiliate code.
