Strand Cosmetics Europe has a new office located in Brooklyn—its original location in 1926, before the European subsidiary was founded in 1964, prior to the takeover of the company by the Raguin, Bouvier and Salin families in 1981.
According to company executives, the move shows the supplier’s intention to closely serve American cosmetic brands. Jacques de Prémare has been appointed as junior business manager, and will lead the U.S. business development from New York, along with Nathalie Dessirier, senior business manager. Both will report to Denis Richard-Orliange, VP sales and marketing.
