Goldman Sachs named Beautycounter founder & CEO, Gregg Renfrew, as one of the “100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs of 2017” at its Builders + Innovators Summit in Santa Barbara, CA.
Renfrew founded Beautycounter in 2011 with a mission to get safer beauty and personal care products into everyone’s hands. Since founding the company, she has advocated for stronger federal regulations to ensure the safety of all skincare and cosmetic products. A direct-to-consumer brand (through multiple channels), Beautycounter says it is on target to sell 10 million products by the end of 2017.
