Al Lustrino has joined Kentucky-based, international bottle and jar manufacturer INOAC Packaging Group as president. He will be responsible for facilitating profitable growth through strategic and operational supervision of the business, development of new business with current and potential customers, identification of new product and investment opportunities and the successful implementation of Board-approved strategies and business plans.
Lustrino brings a long and extensive background in packaging and product development for the personal care and cosmetics industries having spent 30 years in positions of increasing responsibility at Estée Lauder, Avon, Calvin Klein, LimitedBrands, Gurwitch Products, Precision Valve and others. Most recently, Lustrino served as executive director of New Product Engineering, Development and Design with Avon.
