Kyle Kopp has been named vice president of manufacturing at Sussex IM, a full-service, fully-automated plastic packaging solutions provider. In this role, Kopp heads all strategic planning for manufacturing. In addition, his charter is to continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance productivity and communication, and provide manufacturing advice, assistance and counsel.
Kopp’s professional focus has always been plastics. He was most recently engineering manager for Gateway Plastics. Previously, he was project engineer- Trade Sales and, later, program manager, for Rexam-Sussex, where he specialized in personal care packaging and directly managed manufacturing for key suppliers.
Sussex IM has promoted Megan Tzanoukakis to the position of vice president of supply chain.
In this role, Tzanoukakis will lead day-to-day integration of multiple functions, including customer service, purchasing, demand scheduling, inventory, and warehousing, in order to enhance on-time delivery and ROI for customers. She will report to Keith Everson, Sussex IM CEO.
Most recently, Tzanoukakis was fulfillment and systems manager for Sussex IM. Previously, as manufacturing scheduler, she worked directly with engineering, purchasing, customer service, warehousing and sales. Tzanoukakis’ experience also includes four years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in that firm’s assurance practice, specializing in financial statement audits of both public and private manufacturing companies.
