Kansas City-based UEI Group has announced the addition of Kai Schildwächter to its team, as the new European business development manager for UEI Falcontec. As a member company of the UEI Group, UEI Falcontec is a worldwide market provider of a full range of foil blocking and embossing engraved dies/cylinders, as well as, engraved die lock-up systems and SpeedChases.
Based out of Germany, Schildwächter will be servicing customers located within Europe for UEI Falcontec, providing European customers with easy access to UEI Group technical support and brand identity assistance. His areas of specialty include engraved foil blocking and embossing dies/cylinders/flexible dies, lock-up systems, hot and cold foil, and make-ready supplies.
Schildwächter has an extensive background in international sales, support and management, with over 10 years of experience in the graphic arts and converting industries, including ITW Foils. He is very knowledgeable, especially in foil and embossing, and will provide expertise with UEI Group’s innovative products and services.
