We are a leader in cosmetic brushes and were the first USA based company to make brushes in Asia, starting in Japan in 1964. In addition to brushes, we also manufacturer puffs, sponges and disposable applicators. Our perfume division specializes in perfume atomizers and bulb atomizers. We've been supplying the largest perfume companies in the world for more than 30 years from our factories in Taiwan and China. We also provide turnkey development services for all cosmetics and skincare products. Our team works closely with our customers to design and develop your products utilizing the finest ingredients and formulations. Developed products can be finished with an assortment of retail-ready secondary packaging and printing options. Many of our factories were established in Asia and the USA more than 40 years ago and have become a model by which many subsequent factories have followed. COSMETIC BRUSHES

Cosmetic brushes have been our primary business since day one. We opened our first factory in Japan and became the first factory in Asia making makeup brushes for the USA market. Our experience has allowed us to develop the most efficient production methods and raw material supply chains, keeping our prices extremely competitive. It is a combination of our custom EVOfibers, our proprietary technology and competitive pricing that has led to the rapid growth of GHI’s synthetic brush business over the last few years.

EVOFIBERS

In 2013, in response to the industry moving away from natural fibers and towards synthetic fibers, we decided to install our own synthetic fiber making operation within our factory. Unlike our competitors, who are buying their fibers from a few large fiber companies, we are making our own fibers of higher quality and with unique properties, only available to our customers.These are our EVOfibers.This gives GHI a price and quality advantage over the competition.

GHI’s EVOfibers comprise of 4 unique fibers, each with their own special properties. We can also blend these to fulfill or accomplish more unique application needs.

EVO-Essential: Traditional cylindrical fibers that can be extruded in diameters from 0.05mm – 0.15mm. They can be straight or waved making them suitable for every type of makeup brush.
EVO-Texture: When viewed under a microscope, this fiber has a textured surface. A natural hair fiber also has texture called cuticles.This fiber will replicate most closely a natural hair fiber and allows for superior pick-up and pay-off for powders.
EVO-Soft: By using a combination of resins and specific extruding methods, we can offer a fiber that is as soft as squirrel hair for the lightest feel and application. These fibers are ideal for fine powders and blending.
EVO-Duo: Every other PBT fiber on the market is cylindrical. We have developed a method to create fibers that are both rectangular and triangular. When mixed together, it creates more space between the fibers than traditional fibers. This makes the brush better at picking up and laying down more product.
